Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email dc@bomgoods.com with your order number. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (through PayPal) within a few days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us right away with a photo and we’ll make it right.
