Shipping

• United States: $4.99 per order. Free when your products add up to $100 or more (shipping is calculated in the cart before you pay).
• International: please order through our eBay store.
• You enter your shipping address at PayPal during checkout. We email you if anything about your order needs attention.

Returns

You can return a product within 30 days if it’s unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase (your order number) is required.

To start a return, send us your order number through the contact form. Please don’t send products back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us right away through the contact form and we’ll make it right.

eBay orders

Orders placed on eBay follow the return policy on the eBay listing and eBay’s Money Back Guarantee.
